These functions are shared by many teams within the company who sell our amazing products to infinite numbers of customers ranging from individuals to businesses and government through a variety of channels and provide an exceptional level of customer service (we weren’t ranked best overall by mystery Washington Journal shoppers for nothing).
Our channels include several websites, an in-house call center full of excellent reps, live chat, email, dedicated account managers, and all major online marketplaces.
Our focus on customer starts with hiring bright and experienced people, then weeks of training on our customer relationship management system, customer service principles, service level requirements, and further incorporates continuous product training classes.
These teams have plentiful opportunities to get first-hand experience with most of our products.
Close collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Procurement and Product Intelligence teams translates into very well educated sales and customer service forces capable of delivering the highest levels of service and proper solutions to the customer.
